All items purchased must be paid for and picked up within 5 days from purchase date. Unless you have contacted us and made other arrangements.

• Condition of Auction Items Online •
All high bids are considered legal binding contract. All sales are final regardless of the purchased items condition, unless the discretion of a U1 Auction Bid Employee deems differently. All items are sold "as is, where is", with No guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. If the condition of an item is known it will be listed in the items description. Every effort will be made to accurately describe the items offered for sale.

• Buyers Premium •
Buyers Premium on all online purchases is 6%. If buyer pays with cash, cashiers check, or check with a Bank Letter of Guarantee then we will waive 3% of the buyers premium and then the total buyers premium is 3%.

• Note to buyers of titled items •
Illinois residents are required to pay state Sales Tax. Some out of state residents may also be required to pay sales tax. Please inquire. When applicable, Illinois residents must register their vehicle in the State of Illinois. In order to do so, license and title fees are in addition to all other fees. You can purchase Title and New Plates for $143.00, Title only for $65.00, or Title and Transfer of your Plates for $80.00. If you are Transferring Plates you will need your current State of Illinois license plate registration card. If you do not purchase or transfer plates, you must purchase the title for $65.00. These fees are subject to change by the Illinois Secretary of State. Site Owner recommends that all customers purchasing vehicles purchase plates from us the day you pay for your vehicle. You will not be able to buy plates any where else until the title has been mailed to you.
